This registration document is created according the EU directive (EU) 2016/680. The Registrar is Namu Jewellery 2776176-6 and the Register is called Namu Jewellery’s customer register. Information is collected on contractual basis so that we can handle orders and also to make sure that payments can be done via Bambora online payment service. Handling of information is not based on legitimate interest.

What information do we gather and why

When you are using the Service the system stores some of your actions in the database. We store orders and order history. This data is stored for the time being or until the Registered user wishes to edit their data or delete it.

Ordering

When you place an order we ask your first and last names, address, phone number and e-mail address to be able to deliver your order.

Contact form

Through contact form we collect your e-mail address. The information is not used for anything else, but to reply to your request.

Namu Jewellery uses cookies to enhance the quality of the Service. The usage of cookies is protected in the Service and it is not used for profiling users. The received information is handled by the registrar. The customer can see the received information in the order confirmation when an order is placed. The information is not handed over to parties outside the web Service or outside the EU. Service provider can however hand over the the information to the public officers according to the effective legislation.

Your rights

The Registrar is required to provide registered users information about the processing of personal data. The Registered user has the right to collect personal data that they have provided to the registrar and the right to transfer the data to another registrar. They also have the right to correct incorrect data and restrict the use of data.
The Registered user has the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data related to them and to withdraw consent to the processing of data by contacting the Registrar.
The Registrar must inform the registered user of any security breach without undue delay. The Registered user has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if the Registered user considers that the processing of personal data related to them violates EU’s privacy policy.

How do we protect the data

The Service has a strict inbuilt access control that prevents outsiders to get access to the private data of registered users. The Register is only used by people whose job description it belongs to. Everyone who uses the Register has their own personal username and password. Users are bind by professional secrecy.
